Let's start with the basics before we jump into the details. To sign up for an audition, you will need to 1) complete an audition intake form and 2) either sign up for an in-person audition time or upload your video audition through the audition intake form by 11:59pm on Saturday March 15th.
For your audition, please prepare a short monologue (30-60 seconds is great) and a verse and a chorus of a Broadway song to be sung a capella.

What to Expect at Auditions
Auditions
Initial auditions will be held in-person at The Redmond Academy of Theatre Arts, usually in Studio C (also known as the Black Box Theatre), there are usually 3-5 directors at the auditions, and we will also record your audition to help us with casting decisions. Or if you can't make it in person, you can submit an updated Audition Intake Form and send us your video audition as an unlisted YouTube video.
Callbacks and Dance Call
The Callbacks and the Dance Call will be held in-person or if you are unable to make it, we will send you a video of the callback materials and you can send a video of you performing the materials. The full schedule will be sent via email after the initial auditions.
