Kelly Willis
(She/her)
Executive & Artistic Director

Teaches: Voice, Dance, and Acting

​Kelly has been teaching Acting, Voice, Dance, and Musical Theatre for more than 25 years.  She received her BA in Theatre and Dance from the University of Missouri, and her Graduate work was in Acting and Directing at SIU in Carbondale Illinois where she taught Voice and Diction for the Stage, Stage Dialect, Movement for the Actor, Stage Combat,  and Choreography. 

​As a professional, Ms. Kelly has performed extensively on the East Coast, in the Midwest, and toured nationally.  Locally, she has performed with the Fifth Avenue Theatre, Village Theatre, Eastside Musical Theatre, and Leavenworth Summer Music Theatre. Ms. Kelly was the Artistic Director of the Musical Theatre Department at the Washington Academy of Performing Arts.  She has directed and choreographed productions at many local high schools and theatres.
 

Bethanie Willis

​Bethanie ​is a graduate from Northwestern University where she earned a double major in Psychology and Neurobiology. Bethanie has taught for many different performing arts organizations such as The Redmond Academy of Theatre Arts, Village Theatre’s Kidstage, SecondStory Repertory, and Broadway Bound in Seattle.

​She has been the Choreographer or Assistant Choreographer for shows such as Oliver!, Mulan Jr., Footloose, and A Chorus Line. Recent professional credits: The Little Mermaid (Atina) & The Wiz at 5th Avenue Theatre, The Wonderful Wizard of Oz (Dorothy & Aunt Em u/s) at Seattle Children's Theatre, You're A Good Man Charlie Brown (Lucy u/s) at Village Theatre.
Favorite Village Theatre Mainstage credits: Dreamgirls, Aida, and Show Boat. 


 Caitlin Sarwono

Music Director & Voice Teacher

Teaches: Voice ​

Caitlin Sarwono is a Music Director and Voice Teacher at the Redmond Academy. She is a Redmond Academy alumni having performed in 15 shows when she was a student and was most recently Maggie in the first Young Professionals production of A Chorus Line. Caitlin is a part time music teacher at Lakeview and Ben Franklin Elementary as well as a professional Seattle actor.

She recently made her 5th Avenue debut as the cover for Ariel in Disney's The Little Mermaid, getting to perform the final 4 shows.

​During the holidays, she likes to perform with the Motown Jewel Tones and she loves to walk dogs!​

Chloe Henry
(She/her)
Teacher & Choreographer

Teaches: Dance

Chloe debuted as a Redmond Academy Young Professional performing as Cassie in A Chorus Line, and went on to choreograph and perform in the cast of Sweeney Todd.

Chloe is excited to bring her dance tuition and choreography skills to grow the younger students of Redmond Academy and build their love of dance.
