Discounts

Classes and Camps – there is an automatic $25 discount applied upon registration for classes and camps.  No discount code needed.
Classes– there is an automatic 10% discount applied upon registration for students who enroll for more than 1 class per semester. No discount code needed.
Shows and Productions – siblings participating in a show within a given season will receive a $50 discount upon registration.  

Trial Classes

Trials are available for weekly classes, to redeem your trial class, sign up for a "Single Class" on the date and time you would like to take your trial. If you are a current student who would like to trial a new discipline, email [email protected] to schedule.

Prorating Options

You may enroll after the semester begins until 6 weeks before the last class. Classes are prorated automatically at the time of enrollment, no discount code needed. Students may join at anytime regardless of missed material. 

Code of Conduct

The Redmond Academy strives every day to deliver the very best experiences and build character in our students, both on and off stage.  We value every individual.  To encourage the creative environment where each student, staff, volunteer, and family member feels safe and has the space to thrive and learn, the Redmond Academy holds a zero-tolerance policy for the following:

• Fighting or disruptive behavior with another student, staff, volunteer, or parent.
• Destruction or theft of any property or materials.
• Disrespect towards oneself or others.
• Use of inappropriate language and/or innuendo.

• Discrimination or harassment in any form (including sexual) 
• Engaging with dangerous and/or illegal items (ie drugs, alcohol, tobacco, weapons etc)

 
If a student, staff, family, or volunteer breaks this code of conduct, their registration and association with the Academy may be cancelled without refund or credit given. Thanks for contributing to our safe and welcoming place for all.

Refund Policy

CLASSES

• Annual $50  non-refundable registration fee
• No cash refunds 1 week after your first day of class, store credit only
• Store credit can be used for camps, classes, or birthday parties only.
• Store credit expires 12 months from issuance 
• Credit can be transferred, within 12 months of issue date, to another family member, Redmond Academy student, or converted to a tax-deductible donation.
• Students on Payment Plans: Must have at least 30-day notice of cancelation, no refunds on payment plans, store credit only for unused classes.

CAMPS

• Annual $50  non-refundable registration fee
• No cash refunds within 1 week from camp start date
• Store credit can be used for camps, classes, or birthday parties only.
• Store credit expires 12 months from issuance 
• Credit can be transferred, within 12 months of issue date, to another family member, Redmond Academy student, or converted to a tax-deductible donation.

PRODUCTIONS

• Any refund of production tuition/add on is assessed a $50 non-refundable production registration fee
• Production credit only (No cash refunds) for production tuition and/or add ons after cast read through (date defined by the respective production conflict calendar).
• Production credits can be used for future productions only and are available for 12 months after issuance.
• Production credit will be prorated based on the time passed of the rehearsal/performance plan for the production
• Production credit can be transferred to another family member, Redmond Academy student, or converted to a tax-deductible donation.
• Tshirt add on cannot be refunded or credited if the Tshirt order has been placed.

TICKETS

• Show and event tickets are non-refundable.
• Unused show tickets may be transferred to another date/time for the same show if seats are available.
• Unused show tickets may not be transferred to a different named show.

​OTHER REFUND INFORMATION 

• Class/Camp/Show tuition credit will be prorated based time remaining of the class/camp/production.
• Credited tuition (class or production) may be donated to the Academy as a 501(c)3 non profit organization and a tax receipt will be issued in the name of the person on record for the purchase.
• Unused scholarship awards are not refundable or transferable.   
• Make up classes: all make up classes must occur within the same semester. 

• Make up classes cannot be u sed beyond your current payment plan
• Redmond Academy does not issue refunds or prorate tuition for missed classes

Other Registration Information

• Online registration: students must be registered online before the class begins - unless students are doing a single class trial.
• Student minimums: there is a 2-student minimum requirement for classes and a 3-student minimum requirement for camps to be offered. A transfer or full refund will be offered whenever a class is cancelled by Redmond Academy due to low enrollment.
• Trial class emergency release form: students trying class must fill out an Emergency Release Form before the class starts. Trial students have 5 days to register for the class, after which the spot will be opened for other students.
• Make up classes: all make up classes must occur within the same session. You must be enrolled to use any class credits. Class credits must be used during the same school year and are a great opportunity to try another class discipline. Redmond Academy does not issue refunds, store credits, or prorate tuition for missed classes or planned absences. 
• Discounts: only one voucher, discount, or deal can be utilized at one time. ​
